Responsibilities & Requirements
Candidates should have 1-4+ years of litigation experience, with medical malpractice experience preferred. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment. Responsibilities include handling all phases of litigation: trial preparation, strategy development, discovery planning and responses, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances. Strong research, writing, communication skills, and California bar membership in good standing are required.
